Does anybody know for sure if Steel cut oats are raw?

No. All oats are steamed unless you have bought them from a specialist raw website or shop, and they state they are really raw and cost about double!

They are all steamed before anything happens to them, this is for bug/worm control, because worms won’t eat steamed oats coz they only eat raw ;)

Yep, they’re steamed. :( It kind of stinks, because I found this out after I had eaten like three bags.
