Does anyone has experienve with sprouting these seeds?

I thought they should be of exceptionell nutritional value…

I believe that mostly all sprouts are packed with nutrients. I have heard that onion and mustard seeds are powerfully pungent. I have never heard of nettle sprouts. Iam not very fond of sprouts my self, but I was quite fond of sprouted fenugreek seeds.
