Hi Im soaking mung beans right now for 12 hours and will be sprouting them. I want to eat them with my raw tomatoe soup!!
I read that you should not disturb the mung beans while rinsing, they need to stay were they are while rinsing? Is this true and if I shake them while rinsing will it effect them ,from not sprouting? http://www.sproutpeople.com/seed/print/mung.html
