i see alot of stuff that needs to be sprouted and im totally new to this. can anybosy easily explain to me how to sprout things? what i need n changing water and all that. im slightly confused on websites so i figure you guys have been doing it and can easily epxplain it to me :). sorry if this has been asked b4
