I've been hearing so much about spirulina. I read enough to know what it is and where it comes from but, I'm left curious of a couple of things.
Does anyone take it as a daily supplement? If so, is powder or pill form better/cheaper?
and most importantly...
Did it make you notice a difference in the way you feel after taking it?
hey, spirulina is a good supplement and i do take it daily for a while then switch it up and use organic wheatgrass powder, barley grass powder etc.
i can say i felt a good difference using these powders in my health. Powder is always best and is usually cheaper.
