I saw somebody on here recently into this and I've done some research. My diet gets more and more limited it seems with my digestive system being uber-sensitive. I am thinking of getting the book. I am wondering, what are the rules regarding legumes on this diet? Right now, I guess I'm eating only salads and fruits and then a few dates a day just so I have some energy to do work and be in a good mood.
Sprouted beans are not "legal" the website says, are any kinds of legumes legal?
If you have digestive problems, the beans may not go over so well unfortunately. I don't do a lot of sprouted beans myself. Although the 'real hummus' on this site I love, maybe you can try that recipe and add it to your salads, it's out of this world.
