Thanks for posting these, coconut dream. I really enjoyed the third one (Annie’s Mediterranean Dolmas recipe). Watching a raw chef in action is so great because you always pick up little tips here and there (for instance, the video talks about de-veining and rolling collards, which helps with a ton of other recipes).
