Smoothies and gas?
Hi, i've been eating 50- 60% raw for a while now, and i drink a lot of fruit/ veggies smoothies. i love my smoothies but whenever i drink them i notice i get a lot of gas for the rest of the day, so much so that it becomes bothersome. just wondering if its just me or does anyone else have this problem? and does anyone know why this happens or how to solve it so i can start drinkingsmoothies again? thanksssss!
There could be a lot of things going on here. Are you including fatty foods like avocados or nuts in your smoothie? Are you including a lot of fat in your diet overall? Are you eating too fast?

You may have issues digesting the sugars (fruit and fruit juices), which *may* indicate candida. That would explain any bloating and gas issues. Just a thought.
