Small Stomach...Small meals?

I recently went on a 30 day juice fast and am trying to break the fast. It is harder than I thought. Right now, I have eaten mostly fruits though I made a couple batches of carrot soup and that was good. I had a fever a couple of times. One because I had a bowl of oatmeal with bananas in it. It was the way I like it…not cooked on teh stove just soaked in water. But they still are not raw and it digested TERRIBLE (not to mention that I had another bowl of oatmeal two hours later). Was up a ot with terrible gas all over. My stomach bloated like a balloon. Not good.

Anyhow, I am finding that before my fast, my breakfast would be half a grapefruit and then a large bowl of oatmeal. Sometimes, another bowl of oatmeal or at least half a bowl more. I was never overweight in fact, a little skinny maybe. Lunch is a large salad or huge sandwich with cooked bread. Then anything else to fill me up such as a lentil burger or something. Dinner is the biggest meal with a salad and a burger or whatever, all vegan.

Now, my stomach is much smaller and I have made the mistake a few times already of overeating and it does not feel good at all. I find that three bananas fill me up. I kindof feel a little stuffed at that. Half a grapefruit takes away hunger no problem. A whole grapefruit fills me up for a few hours.

Will my system remain this way if I eat lighter?? Also, if I still incorporate more fats, will I gain weight? My mom thinks that I am killing myself by not eating breakfast when I am not hungry and by not eating that much as she says I need to get back to normal. The real problem is that food is good and it is really really hard sometimes to resist the temptation to eat something when I am not hungry and sometimes really full. It also wastes money I think I mean, why eat if I do not have to.
