I have been eating mainly a raw diet for about 2.5 years now, with many ups and downs.
I recently completed a 28 day detox. The program I followed was written by Natasha Kyssa, who is the author of Canadian bestseller The SimplyRaw Living Foods Detox Manual, as well as the founder of SimplyRaw. Ms. Kyssa has been living a raw vegan lifestyle for 21 years!!! She has been facilitating detoxification and cleansing programs since 1991, working with thousands of clients from all over the world.
As a result of this program I was able to stop eating emotionally, and really tap into my body's nutritional needs. I released excess weight and many many emotional layers from following this program.
Has anyone read this detox manual or tired the program before? I would love to hear your experiences.
I really want to continue eating an all raw, or mostly raw diet. I do plan to do this detox again...does anyone want to join me? It's a nice way to reset the body...a new fresh start!
