Hi !!:DHow is everyone doing?

Ive been eating seedless organic oranges, is it ok to eat seedless oranges on a raw diet?

Or do they need to have seeds to have more nutrients? I love these oranges, they are so juicey:)

    They're fine! Most fruit seeds like that are indigestible anyway. Oranges are class, keep horsin' em down!

    I think no seeds means they're somewhat hybridized. but i don't care, they taste too good! navels rule

    Just about any fruit or vegetable you eat is going to be hyrbidized. Heres some info about hybrid fruit.
