So my wheat berries have soaked and begun the sprouting process.... any advice for a first timer? Ive had rejuvelac before and really enjoyed it ( drinking and using in recipes) but this is my first time making it myself. I officially love fermenting!!!! between Kimchi, Kombucha & now Rejuvelac my roommate says our kitchen shelves are starting to look like science experients and Ive gone mad....Too bad for her both are compliments to me hahahaha'
So yeah any advice or thoughts on fermentation would be cool
