Raw Health Training/Classes

Has anybody taken part in any of the courses that essentially train you up to be a raw food chef or coach? I'm talking in particular about the Living Light Culinary Institute in California, the Health Educator training at the Hippocrates Institute in Florida and a similar course at The Living Foods Institute in Georgia. I think Dr Gabriel Cousens also does something similar at his retreat. And any others anyone may know of?? They all sound quite similar and they all offer loads of information from preparing raw food, to detoxing, emotional and spiritual development, the science behind it all as well as running a raw food business etc. But they are also very expensive. So has anyone had any personal experience with any of them or know much about them or how they compare....
