Raw foodist

I’m a vegan (not strict, I still use lip balm with beeswax). I have been for a few years now. I started eating raw (by following a meal plan given to me by my natural health doctor) a few months ago. I’m just wondering, when can I consider myself a raw foodist. Are you considered a raw foodist when only eating raw foods? Or is there more to it? I’m really interested in changing my lifestyle to suit the “raw foodie” ways. So any answer would be great! Much appreciated! Thanks!

The most popular definition is a raw foodist eats 75% or more raw foods.

there was a great thread a while back that got quite heated about what it means to be 100% vegan, or 100% raw… called “100% vegan” i think, in the “being raw” section. perception is a funny thing…

    anyway, welcome!
