Spring and Summer in the UK is the perfect time to eat raw food. The warmer weather and lure of Summer Holidays makes the idea of eating raw food easier and more appealing, both mentally and physically ( think about lush and exotic summer salads, raw icecreams and shrinking tums and bums!).
This 'Raw Food for Spring and Summer' workshop day is all about getting you ready, inspired and motivated to go more raw as the weather gets balmier.
I'll be demonstrating easy and exciting raw food dishes to get your mouth watering and your raw food confidence sky high!
During the workshop you'll learn how to make gorgeous and easy raw food recipes that make your tastebuds sing and your friends 'ooh' and 'aah' at the beauty and colour of these delicious and energetically vibrant delights.
I'll be demonstrating (and you'll be tasting!)
Vegetable Cheese Tart,
scrummy Summer party foods,
and much more.
You'll get to meet other warm and open minded raw-curious folk too, and have plenty of opportunity to ask those practical food-sourcing and equipment questions and learn more about the psychology of raw and how to make it sociable and fun.
