Anyone has any idea if Now Foods Acai Superfruit Juice is raw? I asked and the product itself is not pasteurized or heated in anyway, I was wondering about the ingredients though:
Acai Juice, Triple Filtered Water, Blueberry Juice Concentrate, Raspberry Juice Concentrate, Pomegranate Juice Concentrate, Citric Acid, Natural Flavor and Potassium Sorbate (as a preservative).

EDIT: Never mind ignore this, it is pasteurized, the importer didn't know this, but Now Foods said it is Flash pasteurized at 194F for 15 seconds..
