Quinoa Flour?

Hi Everyone,

I'm wondering if anyone has experience with making their own raw quinoa flour. I am currently sprouting some quinoa, and I think if I then dehydrate and process I could turn it into a flour. I would like to use it to make superfood breakfast bars, but I'm just sort of concocting the recipe in my head. If you've made quinoa flour or used quinoa as a base in your breads or desserts, please respond with your tips and suggestions!
