Well first I was wondering if I should do a cleanse on just juice from any fruits or veggies or just from grapefruit because I have been hearing people talking about how much they liked that. How many days should I do this for? Also I do have a juicer but since I’m at school all day I’ll only have access to it for breakfast and dinner so how long after I juice something can I drink it?
Hi A good way to start to get used to fasting is to try it one day a week and see how you feel.
A fast can mean whatever is comfortable for you, you could only drink water, or do juice, or just eat fruit.
You might also prepare yourself for a cleanse by drinking green smoothies a few days to a week before your cleanse. I do this to adjust my stomach. I find that I can do a 10 to 15 day cleanse without much problems.
