Anyone with a good recipe for peas? I was thinking of using it to make dip or a filling to replace my daily avacado.
Don’t know where I got this recipe from and I don’t think I have ever made it. If so, I probably don’t like it since I’m not crazy about peas. But anyway…
2 c. fresh green peas
2 T. olive oil
juice of 1 lemon
1 med. clove garlic
1/4 – 1/2 t. sea salt
1/2 c. tomatoes, diced (or cherry tomato halves)
Blend all ingredients except tomatoes in food processor. Add tomatoes and mix well. Celery makes a good scoop for this stuff
