overeating

I eat raw since month, around 2 100%. I have still the problem of overeating. When I make dishes I cannot stop until they are done, like a large bowl with veggies. But actually there is a lot of fibre what I am eating with all fruits, salads and veggies, my stomach seems so hugh. In the morning time everything is fine, but my next meals are everytime so. I am doing exercise, yoga and be aware with food combining, especially because of candida. I am so unhappy with all that. Please help. :-(

  • Have you tried digestive enzymes? You take them before you eat. They seem to work for me.

  • no, what do you exactly mean? I have a small budget and also do not want to by supplements or so. I want to keep it simple, I cannot afford to buy everyday kombucha or kimchee. I will try to grow it by myself in summer. There must be a way – I really hope so! I can eat almost everytime. Like now, I ate actually enough at lunch for around 1 and a half hour, but I could eat right know again, but my stomach is full. I am so depressed because of that and my candida.

  • Maybe if you don’t want to use supplements, try eating papaya and pineapple that have natural occuring enzymes. I have suffered most of my life with digestion problems etc. For me the enzymes have really helped. Also raw apple cider vinegar in water is suppose to help with digestion. Google it find out more information on it.

  • the thing is candida too! So I cannot use vinegar or eat so many fruits, I want to be careful with that topic. I have digestive problems since years. Sounds great for you that it worked for you.

If you are worried about eating too much at one time, you may want to try eating mini meals. Instead of 3 large meals, I eat 6 small meals throughout the day, about 3 hours apart.

Whenever I feell like eating the entire house, I eat more kale, spinach or another green leafy vegetable.
