I believe if we all do our part with our pocket books, writing our Congress person and voting when possible, that we can stop this fast food mentality and have "affordable whole organic foods" in the market place and restaurants... What do YOU think???

Organic food only looks expensive compared to conventionally produced food, which is artificially cheap due to subsidies - I appreciate that the writer explained this, because most don't. If the meat industry wasn't subsidized, hamburger would be $30-40 a pound and a steak over a hundred bucks!
