Organic Raisins

Does anyone know if the organic raisins you can buy in bulk at Whole Foods are raw? I was assuming so, but I didn’t know at what temp they were dried, and if there was any sort of heat in the packaging…

Better safe than sorry, I think…

    If you want REAL raw organic raisins go to www.realrawfood.com You will also be able to pick up raw almonds, cashews and other raw delights at a reasonable price.

    I’m not sure but organic hunza raisins form the bulk of my diet. They help the digestion a lot- and I find them superior to other raisins. They are made with white grapes. If Whole Foods sells the hunza raisins get those, because they are are better. If not, you can get them cheap here:
