Found an interesting site today while researching my greens. www.omorganics.org. Great lists of seasonal fruits/veggies and also helpful storage information for each item. I had to throw out 5 avocados this week :( so sad. they should be in season now—don’t know what happened.

Yeah freaking AVOCADO”S I bought them hard as a rock, and some how I forgot about the little (&(^, and now there all gross and mushy. I am even blessed to have a root cellar in my house to store most of my vegetable without using my refrigerator.
