I am absolutely crazy for olives, I’m so glad I can still eat them. How can you tell if olives are raw (besides asking, that is)?

olives are raw, but many of the additives that out with most olives are not. Most are either canned or soaked in processed salt. And processed salt is not to great for you. What I reccommend you buy is olives bottles, nevercanned, in a brine made up of just vinegar and sea salt, or vinegar ,sea salt, and oil, or just palin vinegar. If you do buy the ones in sea salt, take it easy on them beacuse they are still very high in salt. I have completely eliminated salt from my diet and will only buy olives bottled or fresh in vinegar. I think you’re best bet would be to buy some olives from http://www.rawfood.com/
