I was wondering, is/can oil be raw? and what exactly is cold-pressed?

It can be raw but it's definitely hard to find. There is cold pressed(raw) olive oil and also coconut oil. Cold pressed means the oil was pressed out of the fruit(olives or coconut) without heat, or chemical stimulation. It's really hard to find truly cold pressed so you have to look into it pretty deep but it's there!

If you find cold-pressed AND unfiltered, it may be considered raw.
