Objective review of Wellness Water

I’ve bought a couple items from Wellness water recently, and I have mixed reviews. I bought the shower filter about a month ago. I like it. I haven’t had any problems, and I can tell it makes a difference in the water. That’s why I went on to buy the kitchen water carafe.

The item description for the carafe said it came with a calendar dial, a feature I really like. When I received the order, the carafe did not include a calendar dial, so I emailed the distributor. I never heard back from him. I then emailed the Wellness company itself. I told them the problem and that I hadn’t heard back from the distributor, and they told me the calendar dial had been discontinued after a design change. I replied that I wished the item description had reflected that change because it was a selling point for me. They didn’t respond.
As for the carafe itself, the water tastes just okay, and the filter filters the water very, very slowly. So I’d give the carafe itself a grade of “C”, and I’d give their customer service a “D.”

I’ll go ahead and use the carafe for ahwile, so it doesn’t go to waste, but before too long, I’ll replace it with something else. I’m not sure if I’ll do business with Wellness again except maybe to buy replacement filters for my shower filter. I found Wellness to be pretty so-so.
