New to Raw foods. I purchased some raw nuts a week ago. How long will they last in the fridge?

Unsoaked nuts will last months in the fridge, in my experience. Nuts are typically harvested in fall and stored for a long time till the next harvest anyway.

I just keep mine in the cupboard. Never known them to go off.

Yeah. I have buckets of almonds that I keep in the garage…never gone bad yet, unless something has happened that I have’nt noticed.
