Newbie...

heyyyy i just decided to go raw today after about 2months of being vegan. Before I became vegan I was bulimic, always constipated and pretty much a dietary mess lol…. I also had really bad asthma. I did research and found the site notmilk.com, and I immediately decided to cut out dairy from my diet. I didnt really eat meat to begin with, exept for chicken and seafood, so that wasnt hard to give up. Since Ive been Vegan, my digestion is completely regular, I havent had to use my inhaler (which I used to use every day) Now I really want to take the next step and cut out the carginogenic cooked food in my diet. I need some guidance!! feel free to post

heres a few questions i have….

1. Is almond breeze almond milk raw? what about silk soymilk? 2. I cant afford a vitamix blender…any decent alternatives?

:o) thanks!

you can use any blender, it just won’t be as well chopped up. blentecs are a bit cheaper or check ebay for lower prices. but many people have gotten by on regular blenders or “Magic bullets”.
