Newbie:)

Hello all!

I am brand new and very eager to learn more this wonderful lifestyle. I’ve been eating a SAD diet my whole life, but an SAD organic diet for six years. I’ve always eaten fresh fruits and vegetables. The only thing frozen I would eat WAS ice cream. I have been eating raw for two weeks now. I have absolutely no cravings, which is weird. And I have a ton of energy! I don’t feel hungry, so I hope that I am doing this properly.

An average day looks like this:

Breakfast

Mango smoothy, almonds, banana, dates, vanilla bean
Berry Green powder

snack

Trail mix/ or nuts

Lunch

Lg. green salad, avocado, cucumber, carrots, red onion, tomato, celery, red peppers
apple
banana
lara bar
carrots

Supper
smoothie or lg green salad or a raw food recipe

snack
banana ‘ice cream’ or an apple/ banana

I have been reading a lot on sprouting.. It seems like a lot of work. Would one have to plan out a weekly meal menu b/c a lot of recipes require this process. How necessary is it to sprout to be considered a 'raw vegan?'

Thanks:)
