I just had a colonic tonight as part of my New Year cleanse. I'm also aiming at being better at resisting tempting cooked foods by avoiding tempting situations (dinner parties, my mom's house, the staff room at work). I wouldn't say that it's a cleanse per say, but it's a better way for me to stick to a really high raw (95%) diet.
i fasted on green smoothies for a few days to kick off the new year. feeling awesome - definitely plan to begin every year this way :)
