Hi. My name is Angie. I am about to make my first raw bread, a recipe from this site: Sprouted Quinoa Superfood Bread. I am nervous because the recipe does not have a dehydrating time and I am not sure how to tell. I have searched for hints online and am finding times of 4 hours to 8 hours to 18 hours! How would I know when to turn it and how long to dehydrate it?
I am going to mix it up now and start it for 5 hours and maybe someone will hear my cry for help!
