I got a HUGE bag of these and have just been eating them like an apple... any idea how else you can use them RAW... Also they are a bit dry but good tasting is that normal?? Thanks Jodi
That sounds normal. Honestly I don't know what to do besides eat them - maybe puree/blend them and freeze? Or use for fruit smoothies?
They're pretty rare - the only people who ever sell them around here are the Asian markets and the one Asian vendor at my farmers market.
