I very rarely have a raw food reaction since I’m coming up on my 2-year anniversary on Apr. 17th, BUT… I have recently jumped on the Kale party bus. Yesterday, i had a watermelon kale smoothie with no problem. I made that Kale salad Kandace found a while back for dinner. It was so delicious, but 2 hours later I was sooooo nauseous—barely slept. This has also happened with mango in my green smoothie-I use the skin. Anyone?
