Mushrooms - Yet Another B12 Thread!
Sorry if this has already been posted.
I noticed on Nutritiondata.com that portabello mushrooms have a 1% B12 content:
Does anyone know any more information about this? Or is it a typo?
They do have b12…it’s because of the dirt that’s still on them…if you eat any wild unwashed fruit or veggie, it will have b12 right…so that’s the reasoning I guess.
