Master Cleanse day 1

Today is my first day on the master cleanse, and it's coming to an end. Wasn't too bad, although I must say that the salt water flush first thing in the morning is unpleasant! I plan to go for at least 10 days, but this is my first "fast" or cleanse so I don't know if i can go for any longer than that. Does anyone have any advice or tips? Would be much appreciated!
