I was having a hard time since there is SO much to look through. I was wondering if anyone has some brand recommendations. I’m mostly wanting it for my sensitive acne prone skin. The store near me has Harvest Bay Organic Extra Virgin Unrefined Coconut Oil. It looks promising since the only ingredient listed is organic extra virgin coconut oil. Anyone tried this? I’m still not sure if I should use it as a cleanser or a moisturizer….lol Thank you!

tunacupcakes – I don’t know that brand, but I use Jarrow Formula’s for consuming and for my skin (two different containers). I use it as a cleanser and moisturizer in one step – smear it on and remove with a damp washcloth. I always find that I need to exfoliate too, though, so I use a natural face brush to dry brush once a day – face and body. I keep one container of oil in the shower and apply it while my skin is wet and also for shaving. Hope that helps!
Oh it helps tons! Thank you very much! I wasn’t sure if I was supposed to wash with other….oh well…yeah…I just wasn’t sure. I do have a facial brush that is synthetic and supposed to be used wet…..so…I may figure out how to use that. At the moment I am cleansing with water. My acne prescriptions really upset my skin. Thanks again. Any other insight is still appreciated. :)
