looking for a recipe.. coconut paper wraps

I remember seeing a recipe online somewhere but now I can't find it. It was for coconut wraps, done in the dehydrator. They were thin, resembled rice paper wraps, I think the recipe was really simple with few ingredients. Any ideas?

Coconut ‘rice’ Wrappers
1 Cup Young Coconut Meat
1/2 Cup Coconut Water
1/4 Cup Flax Meal (Optional)
Pinch of Salt

I haven't tried anything yet...just looking for a bunch of recipes and planning on going raw soon. I've got my food processor - now to get a dehydrator and a juicer and I'll be all set!
