Please take some time out of your busy life and sign a petition. I dont normally preach my animal beliefs on anyone but this law is pretty ridiculous and they need to know that!

thank you guys! It's nice to see people take a bit of time to do something so selfless and to help out people they dont even know. The kindness of strangers will hopefully get their dog back in their lives once again!
