Just AMAZING Cleanse !!!!!!

LucyLucy Raw Newbie

I saw it on www.curezone.com and I just did it today, and I had the most amazing cleanse ever !! It has to be done with empt stomach,if possible in the morning.

2 Tablespoon salt 12 oz warm water

Must be a good salt,I used hymalian salt, and after you drink it all lay down on your right side for 30 minutes. The salt goes into your small intestine (that’s why this cleanse is good! ) and cleanse all the impurities that are there for many years. PS ) If you are going to do that, take your morning off near your bathroom.

Hi Stefunk,I’ll do tomorrow morning again, definitelly. I have no work tomorrow and I’m happy to have 2 days that I can focus on it.It is amazing! I have done other cleanses before, but these one is very powerful. I’m planning to do it every day that I am free.Or even once or twice a month.

Ah yes, this is just like a salt water flush.

In the morning is best because the pyloric valve is open… (at least that is what the people told me at the mission when I was there getting my cleanse). An open pyloric valve allows stomach contents to pass into the small intestine.

But, when I did it… I didn’t have to lie down. Yes, stay close to the bathroom. More details here… http://goneraw.com/forums/6/topics/1817

I did a mistake,it was 12 oz of water.I already corrected it .Sorry.

  • I’ve done this before, but what keyword did you use at the curezone.com to bring up that particular article. I’ve always read that you use at least 2 quarts of warm water and 2 tablespoons of salt, just not iodized salt.

  • germin8germin8 Raw Master

Yes, I’ve done it with 2 Qts and 8 tsp Pure Inland Seawater with trace minerals. I drink the 2 quarts while it’s very warm and within 45 minutes. I don’t suggest people do that daily unless they know what they’re doing. But, my missionary friend (who does these kinds of cleanses) says a salt water flush once a week would be good… but I’m sure that’s for someone on the typical SAD diet. So, I go with once a month when I feel like I need it.

Lucy, I am amazed “regular” sea salt works too!

I’m totally confused. I went to curezone and the recipes I read recommended 1 quart of water with 2 teaspoons of sea salt. Thats a big difference than 12 ounces of water and 2 Tablespoons. Help! Since the taste makes me gag but I seriously need the cleanse what to do?? Thx.

  • If you google salt water flush you will see that most of them say 2 tablespoons to every 2 quarts.

  • LucyLucy Raw Newbie

I apologize, the recipe called for 1 quart of water and 2 teaspoon of salt, but I thought was too much water and I did 12 oz water and 2 teaspoon of salt for two days and I had an amazing result. So much stuff came out…wow!! First of all,I’m doing my liver cleanse, now on my 5th one next Friday and so much stones, sand, and other stuff came out that I am amazed.I did epson salt cleanse, enemas, and colosan that is a blend of various oxides of magnesium to reliase oxygen into the digestive tract, and the salt water was the strongest of all. Maybe it is like you said Germin8,I’m on raw food for 8 months now and that helped me. I’ll get the site about this cleanse on curezone and I’ll post on here.

I did with hymalian salt and that was fine for me.

Thanks Lucy for the clarification. I will try the salt water the way you did. I’m 9 months raw too and I’ve done juice fasting, liver cleansing all with really good results. BUT..for some reason in the past month my digestion has been really bad. I’m combining foods well, not over eating and yet I feel toxic much of the time. So maybe I’ve just hit a new stage of detoxification. ???

  • LucyLucy Raw Newbie

Hi Marichiesa, have you done a liver cleanse? I used to have problems with my digestion too and after my first liver cleanse I got better. Now I’m on my 5th and getting better and better. Also, all those flushes are helping me a lot. This salt flush was excellent for me. I am a little too much sometimes and the 12 oz of water worked much more for me then the 32 oz. Very salty, but good.

  • How long do you have to do the salt water cleanse ? 1 or 2 days ?? Do you have to fast when you are doing this treatment ?? And what proportion is 1 quart of water (in cups or ml ) ?

  • germin8germin8 Raw Master

There are 4 cups in a quart.

  • LucyLucy Raw Newbie

32 oz in a quart. I did with 12 oz and in 2 days. For me did work very well. You don’t have to fast before or after, but try to eat very lightly. I did have fruit smoothies and some fax crackers.

  • Hi Lucy!

How do you do a liver cleanse, or do you have a website to go to.

  • willmizewillmize Raw Newbie

Just a quick note to add to this particular thread that this really, really works. In a day and age when everyone is hyping every product imaginable to do a cleanse with, charging $40, $80, $100 it’s refreshing to find something so simple as a quart of water and two teaspoons of salt.

Hi Calibama, this is Alissa Cohen’s site about the liver cleanse, almost the same as I do. I follow Andreas Moritz on his book “The amazing liver and gallbladder flush” that I do recommend. It is great and you learn a lot from him.

Willmize, you are right. So simple and so good.

I did a write up on my blog telling about my adventure with this cleanse; if you’d like to read it, here it is!

    Enjoy!

  • I’m doing this right now… 32 oz. of water with 2 tsp of celtic sea salt. Its my tenth time because I’m on the Master Cleanse and this is my last day. (YES I DID IT!!) I’m so excited and since there was a topic about it here I figured I’d add my two cents.

Yes, it works amazingly. And I find celtic sea salt to be very pleasant. Happy flushing everyone, lol.

  • LucyLucy Raw Newbie

Great !! I did another cleanse too this week, but with my 12 oz water and 2 t of salt. I believe on Saturday I’ll do the 32 oz water.

  • About how long does it take to completely flush everything out??

  • I tried this, and it didn’t work…
    32 oz. warm water
    2 tsp sea salt…
    aaaand nothing!
Should I try 12oz? Maybe more salt?

  • was wondering if anyone could give specifics on what seemed better in your body after doing this cleanse.Thanks.

  • I think this is the BEST thing you can do for yourself. I do it all the time and sometimes all week. I drink one liter warm water and 2 tablespoons Celtic Sea Salt. On iodine please. I love it.

  • LucyLucy Raw Newbie

Hi ItGirl the flush lasts 2 hours. You drink the water+salt and wait 45 mins to work.Depends on the person.

    Kathrynintheraw,try 8oz water + 1 tablespoon of epson salt.It really works.

    Sounds good!

  • 2 tablespoons in 12 oz of water is way to much. ive done this SEVERAL times but i do it with 32 oz of warm distilled water and 2 TEAspoons of non-iodized sea salt. i chug it all down within 5 to 10 minutes. about 15 minutes after i’m done, i have to go. and then i end up going a bunch for several hours afterwards. i looove doing this because its such and easy, affective, and painless way to cleanse your insides. and yes, i do this RIGHT when i wake up on an empty stomach.

  • I tried this again yesterday with 12 oz. of warm water with 1 tbsp of sea salt. THEN, right away, I drank a litre of regular water. I figure its basically the same effect, right? It actually worked this time! (Though not right away… I had to wait 2 hours for my first BM.) But I felt squeaky clean after! Thanks Lucy!

  • RawKarateGirlRawKarateGirl Raw Newbie

I so want to try this!!!

  • SamiliciousSamilicious Raw Newbie

Me too! It sounds like a miracle lol. One question though. Is it safe for all ages, specifically seniors? I want my grandma to try this cleanse. I can’t wait until next weekend to try for myself!!
