Normal blog? MS Word? Spread sheet document?

A Google search yielded bunches of recipe file programs. Anyone have experience with a specific program you like?

I have used Nutribase Junior before but it is a general nutrition software tool, not just focused on raw. However you can add your own menus and formulas to it, so you have some flexibility and you get some nutrient analysis. I downloaded it from www.nutribase.com.
