I am new.

I went on youtube and saw lots of people that lost weight with raw foods. I need to lose a lot of weight, have type 2 diabetes, borderline blood pressure, and high cholesterol. This is the end of my second day. I want to try for 30 days, then I will go from there.

  • Hey Margaret! Welcome to Gone Raw. I am also hoping to lose some weight and get healthier with raw food. I have only been looking into raw food for a month or so but lost 66lbs last year through diet and exercise so I know how you are feeling. I started my diet when my Mother and Grandfather were diagnosed with diabetes, trying to ensure my future is diabetes free!
