I was watching a Shazzi video on YouTube today and there was a tape on her site (WWW.thebestdayever.com) and the guy mentioned coconut oil is good for thyroid. I looked it up and lo and behold, many sites report that EVCO IS good for hypothyroidism. I used to eat a spoonful daily for the anti-microbial/anti-fungal properties. I haven’t eaten it in awhile. Since I think I have thyroid issues, I’ll be giving this a go again.
