This is my first topic on this website. I am Indian & love to cook & eat tasty Indian dishes. Today, I Google for different Indian dishes specially for south Indian dishes. I am interested to make tasty Uttapam. I found one great recipe for Corn Uttapam on Food.com.

My ultimate goal to make it strong & if possible so, mixx up 2 different culture in one recipe. So, How can I do it?
