How long do you dehydrate certain seeds and nuts?
For instance…Sunflower seeds…pumpkin, cashews, etc? All the often used seds and nuts. I’m nervous that I won’t do them long enough and they will end up going rancid. Any advice for a newbie? Thanks.
Hi Patou. I soak my sunflowers and dehydrate them for about 6 to 8 hours. For me that is good. Now,almonds I soak them and leave them on the bag to dry out over night.I’ve never done cashews nor pumpkin.Hope I did help a little bit.
24 hours of dehydrating is a good rule of thumb.
