HELLO WORLD!!! I’m brand new here (look I still have my packing peanuts stuck to my hair!) I’m about to take the plunge to get rid of all the not good stuff i’ve been eating. My body decided it’s time. Meat has nearly completely eliminated its self from my diet already. I’ve been putting this off for too long and my skin cries daily because of it ( i have eczema brought on by a lovely allergy to dust mites, so no, I can not sit on the floor/couch/ my bed/ anywhere without scratching till I am raw and bleeding) Not looking foreward to the detox ahead of me, but it’s okay! One day at a time right? Woohooo! Go me and everyone else!!! -

  • Welcome Mydori! You have come to a great and supportive place! I wish you the best of luck in your transition to RAW. Remember to do it slow and have patience during the detox. Everything will eventually balance out for you and remember to stick to what feels right for you, whether that’s raw or not. What’s important is what works for you and not against you. Blessings! Ps.
