Out of the blue at work this morning, the big muscle going down the side of my neck to my middle back shoulder has been totally frozen up in a painful charlie horse type cramp. If i try to move it it spasms and shoots pain all the way down to my pointer finger. all this and I only lifted one little magazine! Any ideas on how to get rid of this thing? I had put a moist heat pack on it, but not much relief. did some massage and stretching, no relief. It really really hurts!
