Hi Everyone, I attended a Conference at Lake Tahoe last weekend and was privileged to meet and be part of a presentation give by David Wolfe, he was just part of the conference but we were all impressed with his enthusiasm about Raw Food and Energy that on my return to the UK last week I have decided to travel the Raw Food road.

I wish to know if there are any Raw Food Workshops in the UK in early August 2007, if anyone can let me know I would be most grateful….

    Hi Soothing Hands, Where abouts in the UK are you? Im in the North West of England. Im going to Zoe’s and Chris’ Introduction to raw food in 3 weeks time and Im really excited. I hope you enjoy going raw as much as I am – slow progress but some great food!
