I am a fairly new vegan (2 months) and am interested into transitioning to raw! I tend to have an all-or-nothing mindset, but am trying to be gentle with my body and ease into this. So far I have switched over to having green smoothies for breakfast most mornings (LOVE), and a raw snack and/or lunch. I think things will be a lot easier once it warms up and I can make weekly trips to the wonderful farmer's markets around the city!
