Hello from Nebraska
I am super excited to have found this site. I have been vegetarian for while now in preparation for going vegan, then raw. Right now I am eating mostly raw, with the exception of a couple meals a week. I feel completely
different than I did a year ago. I can't even begin to explain it.
I also would like to get to a point where I am growing as much of my intake as possible. I would love to cleanse my body of all the radicals I was building until this point, and this site really will be helpful! I am looking forward to talking to you all!!
I joined this site yesterday, as excited as you are! I get a friendly community vibe that's open to everyone, so I feel at home already.
Also 100% raw, for 5 months now. Ate very healthily before this, was vegetarian like you, for a few months. Just love being raw. Can't think that I'd want to change. I'm especially sold on raw pregnancy one day after I read Jinjee Talifero's stuff.
Anyway, wanted to ask you about being raw in Nebraska. I come from South Africa, live in Cape Town, so it's sunny in summer and rain stormy in winter. Isn't nebraska really cold? Is it difficult to maintain being raw in really cold seasons?
