I first experimented with RAW towards the end of last summer 2008. I really starting focusing on more RAW foods and quit coffee in Novemeber 2008. I have been eating vegan and a lot of RAW food since January 2009. I am trying to eat a whole food diet with as much RAW as I can. So far, I'm loving it, but somedays I feel like my body needs some cooked brown rice? I have a lot of support from my boyfriend who does not wish to label himself anything. He happily eats and enjoys all my fresh cooked and RAW vegan food. I look forward to meeting new people and learning from this online community.
